Job description

 Entry level starting wage - $17.50 - $19.50 / hr depending on experience plus a shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift
We are currently seeking Full-Time General Manufacturing Employees to grow with us! A general manufacturing position includes the opportunity to learn the commingling process from the ground up and advance in a progressive environment. 


These positions may also include:

  • Being involved in training and leading other crew members 
  • Continuous clean-up and housekeeping of the production area
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and work rules
  • Some positions may also include the operation of a fork truck

Required Qualifications: 

  • Successful candidates must be able to do the following (with or without reasonable accommodation): 
  • Work 8-hour shifts - 1st Shift (8 am-4 pm), 2nd Shift (4 pm-Midnight), or 3rd Shift (Midnight-8 am) 
  • Work a split shift (Sunday off + one other weekday off)
  • Lift 10-15 pounds continuously, lift to 70 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, and use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement
  • Receive and follow instructions 
  • Use vision to identify defects in the product 
  • Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and working independently with minimal supervision are required. 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience (such as laborer, machinist, assembly, down piling, or bindery) 
  • The ability to perform basic math calculations
