Job Description
Dewberry is currently seeking an Entry Level Site/Civil Engineer to join the Site/Civil department focused in the Energy Market Sector in our Richmond, VA office. This individual will work on all phases of civil/municipal engineering including grading design, roadway design, storm water management systems design, water and sanitary sewer design, and erosion and sediment control design. Individual may also conduct permitting and code research, write specifications, and prepare and submit permit applications.

Responsibilities
Work on all phases of civil/municipal engineering including grading design, roadway design, storm water management systems design, water and sanitary sewer design, and erosion and sediment control design. Individual may also conduct permitting and code research, write specifications, and prepare and submit permit applications.
Required Skills & Required Experience
  • BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Prior internship experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency using CADD.
  • Desire to work in a team environment.
  • Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is preferred but not required.
