The Role:

We're looking for an energetic, driven individual to become our next Sales Recruiter. No prior recruiting experience? No problem. We'll teach you the ropes you just need to bring the grit, personality, and desire to win. You'll be in charge of identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region.

What You'll Do:

Own the top of the funnel: post jobs, source resumes, and contact candidates

Conduct quick and engaging phone interviews (we'll teach you how)

Schedule candidates with our local hiring teams

Keep applicant tracking systems up-to-date and organized

Hit volume & hiring goals weekly this is fast-paced work!
