The opportunity
Riparian LLC, a division of Envision Pharma Group, is seeking a Government Pricing Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst on our team, you will work in a collaborative and supportive environment to create insights and value for clients. Our team advises a wide variety of pharmaceutical manufacturers throughout the United States on Government Programs ("GP") Pricing, Compliance, rebate adjudication, and various other critical operational and strategic initiatives.

Role responsibilities
  • Support the execution and delivery of consulting services for GP engagements which commonly includes:
    • Assisting clients with managing and effectuating the requirements of the federally-funded government pricing programs.
    • Assessing and quantifying the financial impact of methodology and/or data changes and performing pricing restatements.
    • Interpreting and analyzing large datasets to develop analytics / solutions to support business needs.
    • Preparing analysis, presentations, and assessment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
    • Assist in the development of Excel models, used for forecasting, calculations, and analysis.
    • Assisting with automation and implementation of new processes to support GP calculations.
  • Manage time to complete client work in accordance with workplans, quality standards, and timeframes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of government program compliance requirements to provide consultation to clients.
  • Foster trusting relationships with client personnel and internal engagement team members.
  • Collaborate and contribute as a Consulting team member:
    • Contribute to a positive working environment by maintaining strong collaborative relationships with team members.
    • Identify efficiencies within the team to further streamline future engagement delivery.
    • Self-motivated and comfortable being productive in a remote work environment.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Accounting/ Finance, Business Administration or Technology related field with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, including basic queries and data loading.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
