Senior Agile Scrum Master

USC GC only, remote, C2H role

Scrum Master for Optum Benefits API development leading two teams with 4-6 developers. Majority of effort will be during business hours. Some after hours work may be required. Operational support oversight skills are desired. Strong servant leadership skills required. Proven experience with SAFe framework and Agile principles. Must be able to embrace change and ambiguity. Familiar with Agile software (Jira, Rally etc.)

What does the ideal candidate background look like? Operational support oversight skills are desired. Strong servant leadership skills required. Proven experience with SAFe framework and Agile principles. Must be able to embrace change and ambiguity. Familiar with Agile software (Jira, Rally etc.) Having a healthcare background is helpful but not required.

What experience will set candidates apart from one another?
