Entry Level Golf Cart Attendantย 

Days: Monday-Sunday | Morning/ Afternoon & Weekend Availability Required ย 
The Club at 12 Oaks is a young, vibrant, active club in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The golf course is a challenging Jack Nicklaus Design. The club has all country club amenities to include 3 pools, tennis, pickle ball, Fitness Center, F45 Studio, and dining facilities. The Club at 12 Oaks is a private club owned by Concert Golf Partners. We are looking for a dedicated hospitality professional wanting to grow his or her experience in the golf business. Concert Golf Partners has 33 facilities nationwide and growing quickly. A successful candidate will have career advancement opportunities within the Concert Golf family.ย

The Position:ย 
  • Hospitality driven attitude to help members enjoy their club. ย 
  • Greet members at bag drop and help them get ready for their round of golf.ย 
  • Ensure carts are cleaned, stocked and charged.ย 
  • Provide good quality and clean range balls during hours of operation.ย 
  • Clean up and charge golf carts after round.ย 
  • Help inside staff with accuracy of who is on the course.ย 
  • Person must have an outgoing personality and be able to verbally welcome and communicate with golfers.ย 
  • Coordinates with Assistant Professional with staff scheduling, performance.ย 
  • Supporting the outside services team with additional tasks as needed.ย 
  • Demonstrating a team-first mindset with excellent communication skills and professionalism.ย 
  • Process customer reservations for members & guests of the golf courseย 
  • Provide customer service to arriving members & guests to expedite the check-in processย 
  • Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directedย 
  • Process green and cart fees, as well as other revenue, and process them in the POS system as trainedย 
  • Issue receipts for member & guest purchasesย 
  • Take messages for staff or guestsย 
  • Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations suppliesย 
ย 
Morning Golf Cart Attendant reports to Assistant and Head Golf Professional
