Job Title: Laborer

Job Description

This short-term laborer position supports a 1–2 month project at a golf course facility, with the potential to transition into a longer-term role for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a positive attitude. You will perform general labor tasks, assist with site cleanup, and support light construction and demolition activities under supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and remove trash, debris, and materials from work areas to maintain a safe and organized job site.
  • Assist with general labor tasks as directed, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials around the site.
  • Use basic hand tools safely and correctly after receiving training and instructions.
  • Support demolition activities under supervision once trained on proper methods and safety procedures.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Arrive on time and work a full shift from Monday to Friday, contributing consistently throughout the project.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Essential Skills

  • Experience performing general labor duties in a construction or similar environment.
  • Basic knowledge of using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and similar equipment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, lifting, and carrying materials throughout the shift.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shifts.

Pay and Benefits
