Job Summary:
Barracuda is a leading cybersecurity company providing complete protection against complex threats. They are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Representatives to deliver high-quality support for their networking and security solutions. This entry-level role involves troubleshooting customer product support issues and collaborating within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Create, revise and publish internal and public facing product solutions.
โ€ข Interface with customers at a high volume to solve their issues.
โ€ข Develop your skills in network and security products through on-going training.
โ€ข Document, escalate and follow through with product bugs and/or issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Associates degree in IT, relevant training (CCNA cert/CompTIA/Cisco etc.) or equivalent experience.
โ€ข A customer centric focus - you always aim to make the customer happy.
โ€ข Strong troubleshooting/problem resolution skills.
โ€ข Basic networking or server experience - technical understanding of servers and networking technologies such as TCP/IP, Routing, DHCP.
โ€ข Ability to learn and adapt to quickly changing circumstances, direction and strategy.
โ€ข Experience in any of the scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, Perl, Python.
