MY Shower Door is seeking coachable, mechanically inclined individuals ready to transform trade skills into a specialized craft. As a Glass Installation Technician, you wonโ€™t just install luxury frameless shower doorsโ€”you'll deliver the final, most important touch on high-end home renovations. Whether you have hands-on experience in tile, carpentry, drywall, or you're a quick learner with mechanical aptitude, we provide expert training and mentorship to launch your career.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Install custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision and care
  • Work in a two-person team to complete installations on-site
  • Engage respectfully with customers to explain the installation and answer questions
  • Use a variety of tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes
  • Safely lift and maneuver glass panels (up to 100 lbs)
  • Apply caulking and ensure watertight, seamless finishes
  • Maintain a clean and protected work area in customer homes
  • Follow company safety and quality standards on every job

  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

  • Able to add/subtract fractions and use a tape measure accurately
