The focus is on enhancing existing systems with high reliability, performance, and scalability while delivering high-quality features across various domains.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to designing and implementing agentic AI patterns, including digital twins and intelligent member-facing systems.
  • Enhance existing production systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Deliver high-quality features across backend, APIs, orchestration, integrations, cloud deployment, and frontend work.
  • Engage in solution-driven conversations with stakeholders as this is a client-facing role.
  • Design and build AI-powered applications to transform member experiences, focusing on an AI assistant for claims processing and a comprehensive health profile platform.
Essential Skills
  • Experience building production backends using AWS Serverless, including Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, with personal experience authoring CloudFormation or Terraform from scratch.
  • Integration of LLM into production systems at the architectural level.
