Our technology stack primarily uses Azure,.NETand T-SQL. Candidates should have5years or more experience with these technologies to be successful in the role.Werealso looking for someone who is ready to revamp and modernize parts of the platform,and who is excited toleveragenewer technologies where they add value. This is a Hybrid role that will require 1 to 2 days per week in the office at our downtown Montreal office.

Role and Responsibilities:Full Stack Software Developer

  • Design, implement, andmaintainend-to-end secure architecture solutionsleveragingAzure technologies, including but not limited to Azure Front Door and Azure Application Gateway, API Management Gateway, Service Bus, Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
  • Write high quality,performance, secure,scalable,and maintainable code.
  • Solution design, code,unit-test, and document web applications, web APIs,SOAP/REST web services.
  • Implement security measures and best practices to ensure data protection and compliance with relevant regulations, must understandcryptographystandards.
  • Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing actionplansand identifying areas for modification and improvement.
  • Contribute to the modernization of existing systems by introducing newer technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns whereappropriate.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and services to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Design and implement solutions thatleveragemodern web and cloud technologies alongside existing .NET and Azure services.
  • Ability to work on core and support projectswhen necessary.

Experience

  • Strong background inmicroservices,API Management Gateways, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Front Door, Service Bus, Azure Resource Manager (orTerraform) isrequired.
  • Experience or strong interest in modern web technologies such as React and Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience using distributed caching technologies (e.g., Redis) to improve application performance and scalability is an asset.

  • Concevoir, mettre en uvre et assurer la maintenance de solutions d'architecture scurises de bout en bout en tirant parti des technologies Azure, notamment Azure Front Door, Azure Application Gateway, API Management Gateway, Service Bus, Logic Apps et Azure Functions.
  • Rdiger du code de haute qualit, performant, scuris, volutif et facile maintenir.
    Concevoir des solutions, coder, tester unitairement et documenter des applications web, des API web et des services web SOAP/REST.
  • Mettre en uvre des mesures de scurit et des bonnes pratiques pour garantir la protection des donnes et la conformit aux rglementations applicables ; une bonne comprhension des normes de cryptographie est requise.
  • Amliorer les systmes existants en analysant les objectifs mtier, en prparant des plans d'action et en identifiant les domaines modifier et amliorer.
  • Contribuer la modernisation des systmes existants en introduisant de nouvelles technologies, de nouveaux frameworks et de nouveaux modles architecturaux lorsque cela est appropri.
