Job Summary
This position works overnight shifts at the hotel front desk. Shifts are 11 pm-7 am. Must work holidays and weekends. The position is for any day of the week as needed. Training will be done during the day and evening times until the employee is fully trained and can be moved up to nights which is what the regular shift of 11 pm to 7 am will be. A free public transportation pass is included with employment.
The department may choose to hire at any of the below job levels and associated pay rates based on their business need and budget.
Responsibilities
  • Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone.
  • Provides general office support.
  • Will work graveyards.
  • Runs audit reports.
  • Prepares daily credit card and cash deposits.
  • Answers multi-line phones and assists guests as needed.
  • Performs the duties of a front desk clerk.
  • Makes time management decisions that ensure all duties are completed in a time effective manner.
  • Reports to the Front Office Manager.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
Office Services Clerk, I: Requires little to no related experience.
Office Services Clerk, II: Requires at least 1 year of related experience.
