  • Create and manage purchase orders for materials and services
  • Support invoice processing and purchasing documentation
  • Help track inventory, shipments, and supplier performance
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track
  • Maintain purchasing records, costing files, and supplier databases
  • Assist with RFQs (Request for Quotes) and sourcing support
  • Build and update reports that help drive purchasing decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Cross-train across multiple purchasing and operational functions
  • Support onboarding and setup for new suppliers and vendors

  • Strong Excel skills are required
  • 2-3 years of related administrative, purchasing, operations, or analytical experience preferred
