About the Position
Join our dynamic team as an Installer to play a vital role in bringing innovative construction projects to life! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and verifying components with precision and efficiency. Entry level candidates welcome to apply. You will help ensure that each project meets quality standards and is completed on schedule. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to building solutions that make a difference. The position involves collaborating with Journeyman Wireman, Foreman, and other Installers as part of a large team. On the job learning in an environment where you can see your work come to life is available with this role.

Day in the Life
 
  • Installation and Maintenance: Pulling low voltage technology system cables, such as copper, fiber, AV & security Cables.
  • Customer Support: Interacting with clients to address issues, explain repairs, and train them on equipment usage.
  • Documentation: Updating service logs, work orders, and technical records
  • Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment and maintaining a safe work area.
  • Working Hours: 58 hour weeks. M-F 10 hours, Saturday 8 hours. OT pay applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
 
  • Technical Proficiency: Some knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or technology systems
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
  • Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, such as lifting materials, installing cables & devices, and equipment. Able to work in lifts at certain heights.
