Who Weโ€™re Looking For

We welcome applicants across a range of experience levels:

  • Experienced Carpenters:
    • If you have hands-on framing experience, strong technical skills, and a solid understanding of construction methods, we want to hear from you!
  • Entry-Level Carpenters:
    • New to the field? No problemโ€”as long as youโ€™ve completed a technical program in carpentry, weโ€™ll provide the onโ€‘theโ€‘job training to help you grow and succeed.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Frame residential structures according to plans and specifications
  • Safely operate carpentry tools and equipment
  • Work collaboratively with a team to meet project timelines
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
