Role Overview: We need a precision-focused Framer who understands the "bones" of a home. You should be comfortable working at height, reading layouts, and executing clean, structural work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Construct wall frameworks, floor joists, and roof rafters.
    • Install windows, door frames, and sheathing with accuracy.
    • Operate power tools (miter saws, nail guns, etc.) safely and efficiently.
  • Requirements:
    • 3+ years of dedicated framing experience.
    • Strong understanding of residential building codes and structural integrity.
    • Ability to work physically demanding hours in various weather conditions.
    • Specific experience building wood, vinyl, or chain-link fences is highly desirable.
