Role Description This full-time Patent Paralegal role is in Raleigh, NC and supports attorneys in preparing, filing, and managing U.S. and international patent applications, including gathering documentation and coordinating with clients and foreign associates. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing legal documents and forms, managing patent prosecution dockets, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring timely submissions to the USPTO and other patent offices. The role also involves maintaining organized electronic files, proofreading documents for accuracy and compliance, and updating internal databases.
