YOUR TYPICAL DAY

Schedule: This full-time role is based at our facility in Albert Lea, MN, with consistent 8 -10 hour shifts.

As an Entry-Level Food Production Associate, you start your day by putting on your crisp uniform and stepping onto our state-of-the-art production floor. Your primary role involves carefully using a knife to cut and process pork products, ensuring each piece meets our exceptional quality standards. Working alongside a team that's as dedicated as you are, you'll spend the majority of your shift on your feet in a fast-paced environment, helping keep our production line running smoothly. It's hands-on, it's challenging, and it's incredibly rewarding.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
