Job description

Salary: $24-$26 DOE

Prospect Hill Properties performs commercial and residential renovation work with a strong focus on clean installs, professionalism, and high-quality finishes. We are hiring an Experienced Flooring Installer to support flooring production across a range of renovation projects.


This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with proven flooring installation experience who can work efficiently, produce clean finished results, and operate professionally in active jobsite environments.


What Youll Do

  • Install flooring in commercial and residential settings
  • Perform layout, floor prep, cuts, fitting, transitions, and finish work
  • Install flooring materials such as LVP, glue-down, VCT, and other hard-surface flooring systems as project needs require
  • Assist with demolition and removal of existing flooring when needed
  • Identify surface issues and support prep or correction prior to installation
  • Maintain clean work areas and protect adjacent finishes during installation
  • Work in occupied spaces while keeping the site professional, safe, and client-ready
  • Coordinate with field leadership to keep production moving and complete punch items efficiently
  • Load, unload, stage, and organize flooring materials and installation tools as needed

  • Understanding of floor prep, layout, and installation sequencing
