The Paid Social Media Specialist is an entry-level member of our marketing team, responsible for executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns. - Execute paid social media campaigns following strategic guidance from senior marketing team members.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets tailored to specific audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creatives to improve performance.
- Monitor daily campaign spend and key performance metrics; recommend optimizations.
- Analyze campaign results and provide regular performance reports and insights.
- Contribute to quarterly planning and forecasting efforts.
- Stay up to date on paid media trends and share relevant learnings with the team.
- Handle administrative tasks related to campaigns, such as billing and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability and familiarity with video editing for social content
- Internship or relevant experience in digital marketing or paid social is a plus.
- Familiarity with major platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is a plus.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Hands-on experience editing videos for platforms like TikTok, Reels, or Youtube shorts.
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn.
