DescriptionFinancial Architects is growing quickly, and we're adding an Entry-Level Wealth Manager who is eager to have a long-term career in financial services. This is a client-facing role where you'll learn the fundamentals of wealth management and financial planning while developing the communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills needed to become a trusted advisor.
Important Location NoteWe can only hire candidates who
currently reside in Iowa. There are
no territory restrictions-once licensed, you can serve clients

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do• Build relationships with clients in your community and beyond
• Learn to assess financial needs and develop customized strategies
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and coaching
• Expand a client base through networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Provide recommendations across financial products and planning solutions
• Create and update financial plans based on life stage and goals

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For• Self-starter with strong work ethic and a desire to learn
• Comfortable talking to people and building long-term relationships
• Interested in a career with flexibility, growth, and meaningful impact
• Strong communication skills; analytical mindset is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite/CRM tools is helpful
• FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 is a plus (not required to apply)
