Looking for an experienced installer for PPF 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paint Protection Film Installer with a proven track record of full and partial PPF installations. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and produce showroom-quality results every time. If you take pride in your craft and have a passion for protecting fine vehicles, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Perform full-body and partial PPF installations on luxury, exotic, and standard vehicles to the highest quality standards

Precisely measure, cut, and apply PPF using both pre-cut software patterns (e.g., Xpel DAP, and custom hand-cut techniques

Properly prep vehicles prior to installation, including thorough washing, paint decontamination, and polishing if needed

Identify and address paint surface issues (contamination, hazing, light scratches) prior to film application

Stretch and tuck film around complex curves, edges, bumpers, door cups, and mirror caps with clean, invisible edges

Ensure all edges are sealed and film is free of lifting, bubbles, or contamination

Perform post-installation quality inspections and make corrections as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Communicate effectively with the shop manager regarding job status, timelines, and material needs

Handle vehicles with extreme care at all times

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on PPF installation experience required

Proficiency with industry-leading film brands (Xpel, STEK, GSWF, 3M, or similar)

Experience with pre-cut pattern software (Xpel DAP, etc.) strongly preferred

Ability to perform clean, detailed hand cuts on complex vehicle panels

Strong eye for detail

Ability to work efficiently under time constraints without compromising quality

Experience with ceramic coatings is a plus

Reliable, professional, and punctual

Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various positions
