Entry-Level Warehouse & Operations Assistant

About Us
OCD Auto Films (UltraFit West USA Distributor) and OCDetailing, Inc. are leaders in the automotive detailing and Paint Protective Film industry. Weโ€™re growing quickly and are looking for a motivated team player eager to grow with us. This is an entry-level role with lots of opportunity to learn and take on more responsibility over time.
What Youโ€™ll Do (Initial Focus)
  • Shipping & Fulfillment: Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Tracking: Restock and organize products, track levels, and assist with SKU management.
  • Deliveries: Make local deliveries as needed (must have valid driverโ€™s license and clean record).
  • Shop Support: Assist with cleaning, stocking, and organizing shop areas.
  • Data Organization: Help maintain and systematize our electronic files and business data.
  • Sales Support: Track sales commissions and assist with order processing.
As You Grow in the Role
  • Take on more responsibility with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Shopify, QuickBooks Online, SKU Labs, and other AI agents and tools).
  • Support project management and office administration.
  • Gain experience in customer service and sales support.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
Requirements
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, communications, and problem solving skills.
  • Able to lift and move heavy/bulky items (at least 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn AI tools and Google Workspace.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record.
