Job Description
Job Title: Field Service Engineer II
Salary Range:
$95,000-$110,000
Job Summary: The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing independent field service engineering activities to Company customers. This entry-level position involves troubleshooting complex products and problems, responding to service calls, providing over-the-phone consultation, scheduling and performing repairs on Company products at customer sites, and conducting preventative maintenance. The Field Service Engineer also establishes and manages a local maintenance service.
Essential Job Functions - Field Service Engineering:
  1. Receive service calls from customers.
  2. Determine customer needs or problems and respond accordingly.
  3. Provide over-the-phone consultation and advice to customers.
  4. Respond to emergency customer situations.
  5. Schedule and perform repairs on Company products at customer sites.
  6. Perform preventative maintenance on Company products.
  7. Establish and manage a local maintenance service.

Qualifications for the Role:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  2. Relevant internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.
  3. Strong technical and analytical skills.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
