GLAUKOS - FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (South Central-Remote)

How will you make an impact? 

The Field Service Engineer III is a technical expert capable of providing advanced support in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products in the field. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What will you do?

Field Service Operations: 

  • Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of complex systems and equipment. 
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. 
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.

Training and Knowledge Transfer: 

  • Train and mentor junior field service engineers, sharing technical expertise and best practices. 
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers to enhance their understanding of our products.

Technical Documentation: 

  • Create and maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation, including service reports, troubleshooting guides, and installation manuals. 
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with R&D: 

  • Work closely with the Research and Development team to provide feedback on product performance, contributing to product improvement and innovation.

Continuous Learning:
