Position Summary:
EnterSource is seeking motivated, entry-level Fiber Installers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks for residential and business customers. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the telecommunications industry with on-the-job training and growth potential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables and related equipment
  • Run fiber and conduit, perform splicing, and test fiber connections
  • Follow detailed work orders and installation instructions
  • Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with safety guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and service activities
  • Travel to customer locations within the Southeast region as required

Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work outdoors and at heights, including ladders and poles
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • Must be willing to travel within the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction, telecommunications, or related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with hand tools and basic electrical knowledge
