We provide paid training.As an Entry-Level Quality Control Specialist, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. If you're eager to learn, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine audits of order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of supplement products- Verify product accuracy, lot numbers, expiration dates, and packaging integrity- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and internal quality standards- Identify and document errors, discrepancies, and non-conformance issues- Perform random and scheduled quality checks on outgoing shipments- Monitor storage conditions to ensure supplements are handled according to safety and quality guidelines- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions- Maintain detailed audit records and prepare reports for management review- Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures and SOPs- Support training efforts to reinforce quality standards among fulfillment staffQualifications:No previous quality control experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to identify inconsistencies and problem-solve effectivelyStrong communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periodsAbility to lift and move products up to 50 lbsComfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperaturesWork Environment:This role operates in a warehouse or fulfillment center setting, handling dietary supplements that require strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Shift Hours: Friday - Sunday, 7:00am to 7:30pmKey Skills:Attention to detailAccountability and integrityProcess improvement mindsetTeam collaborationRegulatory awareness
