The Faricy Boys Ford | Pay Range $18–$22/hr + Performance Bonus | Immediate Openings 

Start your automotive career with a team that’s committed to your growth. The Faricy Boys Ford is looking for motivated, career-minded Entry-Level Technicians to join our Quick Lane team. The ideal candidate will have oil, tire, and alignment experience. If you're energetic, hands-on, and excited to learn, this is the perfect place to build your future in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform light maintenance and repair services (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, inspections, etc.)

  • Work efficiently on assigned repair orders in the Quick Lane

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

  • Provide excellent customer service through professionalism and teamwork

  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development
