Job description

Factory Instructor
The Factory Instructor performs direct training of Safety, Company, Culture, Systems, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technical and Business topics to employees. Responsible for scheduling employee training and performing a variety of administrative activities including database management, drafting reports, and presentations.
Responsibilities:
  • Arrange, conduct and record in LMS all training and accredited courses for employees within Factory.
  • Organizing and plan the training courses in accordance with factory requirements.
  • Staying updated and maintaining technical expertise on relevant processes and accreditations.
  • Support Regional Training programs as required.
  • Provide and update local training materials.
  • Champion and Incorporate HSE and quality into the training.
  • Provide feedback points for course content updates to the course owner.
  • Participate in development of new training material in support of factory and Region as required.
  • Provide training statics to the Region on factory training.
  • Participate in continuous development and improvements of training aids and equipment.
  • Support Tech transfer and NPI training requirements.
  • Maintain the Local training records within the LMS.

Essential Functions:
  • Knowledge within Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to deliver training material individually or in classroom settings
  • Ability to perform Internet research
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally
  • Ability to complete weekly reports
  • Ability to manage database systems
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to interact frequently with others in a professional, courteous manner

Education, Training, and Skills Required:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • High level of writing and speaking of English. Ability to deliver training programs, instructions and training manuals at the appropriate level. Ability to effectively present information in large classes, one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, supervisors and managers in the organization
  • Entry Level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook)
  • Creativity in delivering effective training materials
  • Knowledge and safe handling of chemicals and epoxy. Demonstrated experience working with these materials, following safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with workplace standards.
  • Ability to complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines
  • High Degree of Adaptability & Flexibility
  • Excellent Work Ethic, Dependability & Dedication to Team/Company

Available shift:
  • Yellow shift: Tuesday through Friday from 6AM to 4:30PM

Pay Range: $28 - $36 per hour
