We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to serve as an Executive Assistant within the Financial Services sector. In this vital support role, you will act as a key liaison for senior leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and organizing travel itineraries for executives.
