As an Associate Replenishment Analyst, you will ensure product availability at Distribution Centers (DCs) and Stores to maximize Point-of-Sale (POS) opportunities while controlling Markup and Markdown (MUMD) costs. You will maintain key performance indicators, analyze in-stock performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your role includes creating accurate POS forecasts, managing order quantities, and facilitating communication between Category Planners and Replenishment Managers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified. May perform other duties as assigned.

  • Forecasting and Analysis: You will use SAP, customer's replenishment system, and Excel to establish order forecasts, generating accurate order requirements and demand insights for Demand Planning. You will identify root cause problems in forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to improve service levels and supply chain efficiencies. You will review orders against requirements, forecasts, and demand plans, making necessary corrections. Additionally, you will assist with new product setup and performance tracking and run daily stock status reports to monitor inventory levels for each division.

  • Inventory Management: You will manage the customer's in-stocks at the DC and store levels, balancing inventory against established cost thresholds. You will assist Category Planners in disposing of long inventory positions and work closely with sales to address any inventory concerns, such as overstock or slow-moving items. Additionally, you will advise on special promotions and recommend price points to help sell products efficiently.

  • Communication and Collaboration: You will facilitate communications with the customer Replenishment team and Category Planners. You will also participate and contribute in meetings with sales managers and replenishment managers, as well as lead or attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with the customer's replenishment team.

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Company will consider a currently enrolled college student with an anticipated graduation by end of current school year as qualified.

  • Energized by travel 10% of the time.

OTHER SKILLS THAT MAKE YOU STAND OUT:
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, including formulas, v-lookups, and pivot tables. Knowledge of customer replenishment system (i.e.-GRS, Retail Link) and SAP preferred.

  • Advanced analytical skills: able to report on performance metrics, interpret data, and clearly and concisely articulate the results.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work in fast paced and changing environment, while keeping a customer-focused and detail-oriented approach to completing tasks.
