Training Manager – Financial Services Industry

Location: Dunwoody, GA
Job Type: Full-Time, permanent, in-office position

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000, depending on the level of experience, plus competitive benefits.

The Training Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs that support the growth and development of our financial professionals. This role ensures all training initiatives are organized, engaging, and executed efficiently while maintaining high participation and accountability across the firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate firm-wide trainings.

  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily and weekly training meetings.

  • Identify, recruit, and coordinate guest speakers and subject matter experts for training events.

  • Schedule, manage, & teach orientation sessions for new team members.

  • Manage all aspects of the onboarding training process for new entry-level and experienced representatives.

  • Enroll new hires in all required training programs and ensure timely completion.

  • Schedule and coordinate test-outs and competency evaluations.

  • Weekly attendance for all mandatory meetings and training sessions.

  • Monthly attendance for all mandatory meetings and training sessions.

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, and compliance documentation.

  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve training content, schedules, and participant engagement.

  • Ensure training calendars, communications, and learning resources are current and distributed on time.


Qualifications:
  • Local candidates only.

  • Life insurance background is required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience in training, learning and development, education, or program coordination.

  • Financial services industry experience.
