Job description

The Associate Application Analyst is responsible for supporting and assisting in managing assigned applications within Temple Health. Participates in application projects, helping to meet project deadlines and goals, and learning he development of new features. The role also involves testing and implanting vendor releases and system upgrades and assisting in resolving system issues. Will provide basic technical and functional application analysis, help define system requirements and assists in developing logical data models. In this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to learn about system functionality and assist in configuring new features to increase user productivity within the application.

This role requires three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital. 
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Preferred
Experience
1 year experience in related role with an ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve problems efficiently Required
General Experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language Required
General Experience in Healthcare IT Preferred
