Job description

Your Contribution
As a Sales Engineer you will manage commercial topics related to assigned customer accounts. Develop a customer strategy that identifies new business opportunities, positions the company to win new business, and exercises leadership in the execution of the strategy. Act as focal point for all commercial discussions/negotiations. Coordinate activities with Program Managers to establish "get well" plan and notify customer.
  • Manage daily communication with assigned customer accounts regarding commercial topics, pricing, and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, purchasing, production) to ensure alignment on customer requirements.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing proposals, and contract terms.
  • Track project milestones and collaborate with Program Managers to address any risks or delays.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and regular status updates.
  • Monitor market trends and provide competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.

Your Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, strategic planning and business development.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong contract negotiation and pricing management skills.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and multiple projects/accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
