Entry Level Electrical Engineer – Target Start Date June 2026
Company Profile:
CSA Engineering Services, LLC (CSA) provides professional engineering and design services to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electric systems are developed. We provide engineering for new and existing low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems.
With the growing demand for electric power due to trends in AI and plans to “De-Carbonize the grid”, there is a need to integrate more renewable generation and storage technologies into the electric grid and build increased infrastructure to support increased electrical demand. CSA is well positioned to capitalize on these trends and we are seeking to hire a Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing business.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be working with Engineers, Designers, and Technicians on the following types of projects:
  • Utility point of interconnection design for Microgrids, Including Solar, Battery Storage, and other Distributed Energy Resources.
  • Electrical design to support electrification of loads previously supplied by fossil fuels.
  • Power systems studies to evaluate new and existing electrical equipment.
  • Develop designs for control and protection schemes; support programming and testing.
The position will be at our Brookfield, CT office. Travel to project sites within the NYC Tri-State Area is expected approximately 1 day per week. Overnight travel will be limited.
Requirements:
  • Four-year engineering degrees from an ABET-accredited school.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passed Fundamentals of Engineering Exam.

Expected Salary Range: $67,000-$77,000
