About IC Resources
We're building IC Resources into the firm clients call first for deep tech talent in North America. We specialize exclusively in deep tech – semiconductor, AI silicon, embedded software, robotics, photonics, and the hardware-led industries shaping the future of compute. We go inch wide and mile deep, building the relationships and market intelligence that generalists can't.

- Progression is earned, not given. We back your development based on what you're ready for, working closely with you to build the skills that make exceptional recruitment consultants.
