Responsibilities
  • Assemble precision electronic components following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Operate specialized manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Record production data accurately using computer systems and production documentation.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Safely handle manufacturing materials while following all cleanroom and safety procedures.
  • Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations.
  • Support production schedules while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assist with new production processes as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or a cleanroom environment is a plus.
  • Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
