We are seeking motivated Entry-Level Electronic Assembly Technicians to join a growing production team in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll receive hands-on training to assemble precision electronic components, operate specialized production equipment, and help manufacture products used in today's most advanced technologies.  Whether you're beginning your manufacturing career or looking to grow your technical skills, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization that values quality, teamwork, and continuous learning.
 
Responsibilities
  • Assemble precision electronic components following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Operate specialized manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Record production data accurately using computer systems and production documentation.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Safely handle manufacturing materials while following all cleanroom and safety procedures.
  • Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations.
  • Support production schedules while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assist with new production processes as needed.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or a cleanroom environment is a plus.
  • Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable wearing cleanroom garments and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks requiring precision and accuracy.
