En tant qu'ingénieur(e) électrique, vous jouez un rôle clé à l'interface entre la production, la R&D et la qualité; en assurant que les systèmes électriques sont robustes, traçables et validés du prototype jusqu'au terrain.


Ce que vous ferez

Support production & amélioration continue

  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes électriques en production ; transformer chaque défaillance en action corrective documentée.
  • Contribuer activement aux initiatives d'amélioration continue et à la robustesse des produits existants.

Validation & exigences techniques

  • Structurer et maintenir des plans de validation complets pour les développements électriques (bancs d'essai, prototypes, terrain).
  • Définir les exigences techniques (TRD) pour les projets en développement.
  • Gérer la traçabilité exigences–validation dans un outil ALM (Polarion ou équivalent) tout au long du cycle de développement produit.

Collaboration transversale

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes R&D, qualité, fabrication et fournisseurs pour piloter les solutions de bout en bout.


Ce que vous apportez

  • Baccalauréat en génie électrique ou domaine connexe ; membre de l'OIQ (obligatoire).
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en environnement manufacturier, validation ou support produit.
  • Solide maîtrise des systèmes électriques et électroniques embarqués.
  • Expérience avec un outil ALM (Polarion ou équivalent) pour la gestion des exigences.
  • Connaissance de INCA, BUDS ou outils similaires : fort atout.

Join an engineering team at the heart of developing some of the world's highest-performing recreational vehicles. As an Electrical Engineer, you sit at the intersection of production, R&D, and quality; ensuring electrical systems are robust, traceable, and validated from prototype to field.


What you'll do

Production support & continuous improvement

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in production; turn every failure into a documented corrective action.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the robustness of existing products.

Validation & technical requirements

  • Build and maintain comprehensive validation plans for electrical developments (test benches, prototypes, field tests).
  • Define technical requirements (TRD) for upcoming projects.
  • Manage requirements-to-validation traceability in an ALM tool (Polarion or equivalent) across the full product development lifecycle.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner closely with R&D, quality, manufacturing, and suppliers to drive end-to-end solutions.


What you bring

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; OIQ membership (mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, validation, or product support environment.
