Job description

Learning Content & Development Partner will design, develop, and deliver highly engaging training materials. This dynamic role blends creative instructional design, strong technical skills, and charismatic training facilitation. Which directly impacts employee growth by transforming complex concepts into interactive, high-retention learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging programs using e-learning, workshops, webinars, and digital content.
  • Develop instructional assets, such as high-quality presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, and microlearning videos.
  • Upload, organize, and update training materials within the shared learning platform for maximum accessibility.
  • Conduct training using tailored techniques that accommodate diverse learning styles and levels.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to embed key concepts and facilitate continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development Manager to identify skill gaps and design customized performance solutions.
  • Research emerging L&D trends to recommend innovative training tools.
  • Foster the learning culture that inspires a company-wide culture of continuous improvement.

Education and Experience

  • College degree preferred; related work experience required.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: including professional and clear verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Advanced planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementation skills.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Professional work environment with moderate noise.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to travel to branches, off-site training, and/or meetings as required
