EHR Systems Administrator2Life Communities has been at the heart of positive change in the affordable senior housing ecosystem since 1965. As the EHR Systems Administrator, you will be part of the Information Technology team at 2Life Communities, primarily responsible for supporting 2Life Communities' Opus business model.

In your role, you will support several Enterprise and Stand-Alone Applications, balancing business needs with technical complexity, in order to meet our organization's strategy. Your role will include working alongside our business and technical teams in a highly collaborative, agile environment where every individual's input is valued.

Minimum Qualifications/RequirementsExperience managing an EHR system, working with end users to make the system as streamlined as possibleComfort with creating and meeting the reporting needs of staff and senior management.

Excellent organization and project management skills. Experience working in a collaborative group setting.

Work closely with IT and the 2Life Opus team, helping with configuration and rollout of a new EHR platform, providing critical care plans and guidance.

Supporting the Programs and Volunteer managers with volunteer scheduling and tracking, event management.

Administering and supporting the Dining and staff using shift tracking and POS software.

Responsible for extracting and synthesizing data from the EHR System to build "self-service" reports used in all areas of the organization.

Helping to develop and train end users in the nuances of using and managing data.

Develop operations dashboards for each Opus department based on KPIs.2 – 3 years of experience managing and EHR system, working with end users to make the system as streamlined as possibleComfort with creating and meeting the reporting needs of staff and senior management.
