Job description

The Regional Payroll Analyst has a key role in delivering world-class payroll support and services to contribute to an outstanding employee experience.

Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Argentina, Chile

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, process, and review payroll-related data (e.g., new hires, terminations, compensation changes, time and attendance, benefits, and tax data) to support accurate and timely payroll cycles
  • Enter and validate payroll data in systems
  • Support Time & Attendance tracking  
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and generate standard reports
  • Support adherence to payroll controls and company policies throughout the payroll cycle
  • Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations  
  • Assist with audits, reconciliations, and payroll-related documentation
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide clear, customer-focused support
  • Assist with research and issue resolution in partnership with internal teams and vendors
  • Support Senior team members with complex payroll questions (e.g., gross-to-net calculations, multi-country issues)  
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
  • Cross-train with team members to provide coverage and support shared service operations across the region
  • Gain exposure to regional payroll practices across the Americas (U.S., Canada, and Latin America)

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective.
  • Ability to comfortably speak to employees to support inquiries.
  • Able to develop effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with ADP Global View, ADP Celergo and ADP eTime.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, resourceful and solution oriented.
  • Team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with flexibility.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven record of consistently meeting goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of regional payroll laws and regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, with a strong understanding of payroll.
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in payroll, accounting, HR operations or a related field.  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.  
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Exposure to payroll systems (ADP GlobalView, Celergo, eTime)
  • Additional language skills (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
