Job Summary:
Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of GWH's eComm store. Responsible for preparing written descriptions of items for sale, integrating product information into the store software, assisting in selecting and processing items as needed, cleaning and displaying merchandise, tracking items, and helping facilitate shipping as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receives items from the processing area and initiates steps to integrate products into the store.
• Prepares written descriptions of items.
• Ensures items are properly inventoried.
• Consistently meet or surpass department goals for:
o Daily inventory
o Daily photography
o Zero photography errors
o Daily listing
o Zero listing errors
o Zero shipping errors
• Accesses eBay and other online platforms to obtain relevant product information.
• Input item descriptions into the eComm software.
• Cleans and displays items on inventory shelves in the eComm storeroom.
• Search other auction sites for competitive information and determine/recommend enhancements to www.ShopGoodwill.com.
• Help facilitate the shipment of sold items.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods. Report any incident of theft or unauthorized possession of company property.
• Always acts safely, following all safety rules and regulations.
• Receives work and safety instructions and answers questions.
• Communicates with management, co-workers, clients, and the public.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate professionalism and present a friendly, cooperative attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, make quick decisions, adapt to change, and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Adheres to all GWH Policies & Procedures, Loss Prevention & Safety Regulations and GWH Guiding Principles.
• Must maintain an appropriate appearance.
• Must safely conduct work; maintain good housekeeping standards, have all aisles and pathways to fire exits clear and free from clutter, and keep work areas neat and clean.
• Adheres to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Minimum Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Type a minimum of 35 WPM with minimum typos.
• Experience with online storefront operations preferred.
• Knowledge of digital photography and equipment.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar photo editing software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
The ability to continuously stand/walk for the duration of a shift, frequently push/pull, occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/kneel/reach above shoulders and climb a ladder. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. (fixture parts, cartons of product).
An indoor work environment with exposure to outside temperatures. The noise level in the normal work environment is usually moderate.
