Job description


We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Part-Time Pawn Retail & E-Commerce Assistant to support both our retail pawn operations and our growing online sales business. This position is ideal for someone with experience selling on eBay or other online marketplaces who enjoys working with jewelry, electronics, luxury goods, collectibles, and other unique merchandise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating online listings, photographing merchandise, assisting customers in-store, managing inventory, and helping maximize online sales while providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Responsibilities
the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience listing products online, managing inventory, writing accurate product descriptions, uploading high-quality photos, optimizing listings for visibility, and maintaining accurate product information across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Experience working with jewelry, luxury goods, diamonds, watches, or other high-value merchandise is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create, upload, and maintain product listings on eBay, Shopify, and other applicable e-commerce platforms.
  • Photograph and/or organize product images and ensure merchandise is presented professionally online.
  • Write detailed, accurate, and engaging product titles and descriptions.
  • Enter and maintain accurate product information, including:
    • Product name and category
    • Brand
    • Material and metal type
    • Gemstone information
    • Carat weight
    • Measurements and dimensions
    • Condition
    • Pricing
    • SKU/inventory numbers
    • Other relevant product specifications
  • Ensure every online listing accurately reflects the physical merchandise.
  • Upload and organize product photos, ensuring all important details are clearly visible.
  • Optimize eBay and Shopify listings for search visibility, keywords, and customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory across online platforms and ensure products are accurately marked as available, sold, or removed when necessary.
