Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-driven E-Commerce and Digital Creative Manager to lead our online operations while shaping the visual and content experience across our digital channels. This role blends e-commerce management, digital merchandising, and creative execution to ensure our website and marketing assets reflect the elevated, curated boutique experience we are known for.
This individual will oversee site performance, fulfillment workflows, and merchandising strategy, while also contributing to content creation, design, and brand storytelling across email, web, and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations & Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop a small team supporting order processing, fulfillment, and customer communication
  • Oversee order workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and brand-aligned customer experience
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational or customer issues
  • Optimize workflows to support seasonal launches, promotions, and peak volume periods
Website Management (Shopify)

  • Oversee product setup across apparel, home dcor, and gift categories
  • Maintain site accuracy, including product details, pricing, navigation, and inventory
  • Conduct daily QA checks to ensure a seamless user experience
