Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Manager based in Ridgefield Park, NJ. The E-commerce Manager will oversee the online sales platform, manage product listings, optimize website performance, and analyze performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include devising e-commerce strategies, managing marketing campaigns, coordinating online sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

· Strong E-Commerce and Marketing skills to manage online platforms, develop strategies, and execute campaigns effectively.

· Proven Sales experience with a focus on driving online revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

· Proficient Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance tracking, and making data-driven decisions to enhance results.

· Excellent Communication skills to engage with internal teams, vendors, and customers effectively.

· Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising platforms, and tools like Google Analytics or other e-commerce management systems is a plus.

· Experience with Klaviyo and Gorgias is required.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

· Previous experience with Shopify Plus is required.
