Key Responsibilities
  • Support cross-functional teams by extracting, analyzing, and validating Ecommerce data
  • Assist in analyzing Ecommerce initiatives and campaigns, providing performance insights across user segments and audiences
  • Analyze and translate user behavioral data into clear narratives that illustrate user journeys, informing Ecommerce strategy and optimization efforts
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting
  • Support A/B testing and personalization, including test design, QA, monitoring, and results analysis/interpretation
  • Leverage cross-platform data sources to evaluate site, campaign, and test performance
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
  • Conduct diagnostic analyses to identify performance trends and opportunities
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in analytics processes and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in digital or Ecommerce analytics and/or A/B testing
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and BigQuery (required)
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL (BigQuery syntax preferred)
  • Familiarity with testing platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, Monetate, or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience analyzing Ecommerce performance, A/B tests, or personalization initiatives preferred
  • Basic understanding of statistics and test measurement methodologies
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights that explain user behavior and on-site activity
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
