The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join our team at our Port Washington headquarters. This is an entry-level role built for someone early in their career who wants to learn how product, data, and customer decisions connect. You’ll sit at the intersection of merchandising and advertising—studying competitor trends, spotting white space, and digging into performance data to help us find where we can grow.


What You’ll be Doing:

  • Research competitor product and listing trends to identify white space and new opportunities for our assortment.
  • Partner with the advertising team to dig into performance data—ROAS, conversion rate, click-through, and new-to-brand customers—to uncover opportunities to scale.
  • Connect the dots between what we sell and how customers make buying decisions, turning that insight into stronger product listings.
  • Help keep product data accurate and well-organized in Excel as you learn the catalog and our retail accounts.


Who You Are:

  • A genuine interest in product—a “product eye”—and curiosity about how what we sell connects to how customers decide to buy
  • Detail-oriented with a curious, analytical mindset
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Collaborative, while comfortable taking direction and running with it
  • Comfortable working in Excel, or ready to learn it quickly
  • E-commerce, retail or analytics exposure is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

  • $25.00/hour, eligible for commission
  • Benefits – 401k (with 2% match), medical, vision, dental, paid holiday, vacation and sick time
  • Company shuttle service available to transport commuters to/from the Port Washington LIRR station
