Property Maintenance Laborer
Location: Fort Wainwright / Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(Overtime available as needed)

TDL Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Property Maintenance Laborers to support maintenance and community operations at a large residential housing property on Fort Wainwright. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working both indoors and outdoors, and supporting a variety of property maintenance and community upkeep projects.

This is an entry-level opportunity offering steady full-time hours and a variety of day-to-day responsibilities supporting maintenance teams, grounds operations, property cleanup, and general labor tasks throughout the community. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in providing respectful, reliable support throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist maintenance teams with general labor and property support tasks
  • Deliver tools, equipment, materials, and appliances throughout the property
  • Support setup and cleanup for maintenance projects and community events
  • Perform debris removal, pressure washing, and general property cleanup
  • Load, unload, and move supplies and materials to designated areas
  • Assist with groundskeeping tasks including digging, leveling, brush removal, and ditch cleanup
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed
  • Assist with removal of damaged flooring, drywall, and other materials during repair projects
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous labor, maintenance, or property support experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to understand and follow spoken and written instructions in English
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work both indoors and outdoors
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport materials and equipment throughout the shift
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to meet company driving record requirements
  • Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required)
  • Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
  • Must support a drug-free work environment
