Job description

Reed's Home Solution is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Technician to join our team. This position requires physical labor, working in confined spaces, and handling various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable with hands-on tasks, and be willing to travel for out-of-town assignments with overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform ditch digging, fiberglass and cellulose removal, and jackhammering.
  • Apply spray foam insulation efficiently and safely.
  • Clean and remove debris from work sites.
  • Operate small tools including saws, vacuums, and other equipment.
  • Work on scaffolding and ladders at various heights.
  • Access and work within confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a DOT-regulated drug test.
  • Ability to travel out of town for overnight stays as required.
  • Prior experience in construction, insulation application, or similar labor-intensive roles preferred.
  • Comfortable using various small tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Capable of working in challenging environments including tight spaces, high places, and outdoor conditions.
