Poly Trucking, Inc. is currently seeking an entry level dispatcher. Poly Trucking is a private fleet of 280 CDL A drivers making deliveries to customers nationwide.    


  • Handle a variety of tasks related to driver dispatching and trip management
  • Communicate and coordinate professionally and effectively with drivers delivering throughout the United States. 
  • Records management  
  • Additional duties as become necessary and/or are assigned by management

  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment under constant dedalines and changing priorities 
  • Proficient with using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
