As an Entry-Level Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating towing and roadside service requests, communicating with customers and drivers, and helping ensure efficient operations. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in being dependable and accountable.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage incoming service requests from customers and partners.
  • Dispatch drivers efficiently using company software and communication systems.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, drivers, and team members.
  • Monitor service progress and provide timely updates.
  • Accurately enter and update information in dispatching and tracking systems.
  • Assist with scheduling, routing, and operational support as needed.
